We have used Zerorez several times for cleaning our carpets, sofas and air ducts. Complete satisfaction every time. Always lets us know what it will cost and how it will be done. Our favorite technician is Sean and we always ask for him. I give this company an AAA+ rating.

I had my carpets cleaned yesterday along with a large area rug that had several ink spots on it from a busted ink pen. The guy (Dave) was extremely professional. He did a complete walk through with me before. He explained all pricing ahead of time and gave me additional options that I could choose or not choose. My carpets were really nasty with SEVERAL spills and they ALL came out. He took his time on it and did not rush through the job.

When it came time to work on the area rug, he was honest with me and said that he was very doubtful that he could get the ink out because once you apply the water solution to it, the ink would most likely spread. He really thought about how he might be able to get the ink out. I was definitely resigned to the fact that more than likely the ink was in there to stay. To my surprise, he figured out a way to get almost all of it out (probably 95%). I was shocked and so pleased. I will definitely use this company again.

Online reservation was easy and efficient. Got a reminder call the day before and technician called 30 minutes before arrival within the estimated window. Carpet looks great!

Jason was willing to help me slide some things out of his way. He gave me options about the furniture in the room - whether to move it or put styrofoam underneath it. He was professional. He went out of his way to explain exactly what he would be doing,how long the drying time was, what I could do to shorten the dry time. He asked me several times if I had any questions. He told me to let him know, interrupt him, if I came up with questions while he was cleaning any of the rooms. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the service,wanted to answer any questions,and make sure I was satisfied with the end result (which I was). I've already recommended Zerorez to a friend of mine.

My husband heard many radio ads about ZeroRez so we decided to give them a chance. They were very professional, friendly, did what they said they were going to do and didn't try to upsell me with lots of extra things. I paid what I expected and I was very pleased with the results! We have five pets and all the stains on our carpet came up. From the first call on the phone to the technician… Everything went seamlessly and they did what they said they were going to do in the time frame that they had allotted. I had Aarons Kecel. He was a very young, kind ,and professional gentleman. He was so knowledgeable he never skipped a beat with his words. I am a clean freak and I never had to ask him to clean up his mess. He told me step by step what he was doing whIle educating me. He even walked with me from room to room to show me each room he cleaned. He is a cool cat! I will defiantly go with Zerorez again next year will be my third year!

This is my second time using this company and I've been very impressed both times! I'm a renter with animals who aren't kind to my carpets. Today, I called asking for a same day appointment (a long shot) the woman on the phone was very friendly and said they had an opening and someone would be at my home within 2 hours. TWENTY minutes after I called, Chris was at my house ready to get started. I was rushing around my house to be ready for them! This was the fastest, most professional service I've ever experienced. Clint did a knock-out job on cleaning out all of our 15 air vents (which had 7 years worth of dust, dirt, even old Monopoly money!-thanks, kids). We will breathe better because of it.
