GREAT experience with these folks!! The customer service lady that booked our appointment over the phone was extremely professional and very sweet. As well, the gentleman that came to our home was very professional, courteous and did a fantastic job! Before he left, we also decided to book an appointment to have Zerorez clean our air ducts. They're definitely a company I will call upon again.

This is my second time using this company and I've been very impressed both times! I'm a renter with animals who aren't kind to my carpets. Today, I called asking for a same day appointment (a long shot) the woman on the phone was very friendly and said they had an opening and someone would be at my home within 2 hours. TWENTY minutes after I called, Chris was at my house ready to get started. I was rushing around my house to be ready for them! This was the fastest, most professional service I've ever experienced. Chris did a FANTASTIC job and my carpets look and smell like new.

Again, I was blown away by the service Zerorez gave me! Clint did a knock-out job on cleaning out all of our 15 air vents (which had 7 years worth of dust, dirt, even old Monopoly money!-thanks, kids). We will breathe better because of it. The rates are so much more reasonable than other companies. Great job, Zerorez! Clint and Shawn, I'm sure you will hear from us again! Next project... Grout cleaning/sealing!
